If you already have a Broadband account with another Internet Service Provider, don't worry - switching to Nildram is easy and it's free.

Simply follow our 3 steps to switching:

Obtain your (MAC) code
Contact your current Broadband provider and ask for your MAC code (Migrations Authority Code) If you don't have your Internet Service Provider's number to hand simply use our look-up tool below.
A MAC Code is used to authenticate the migration request from your existing Internet Service Provider to Nildram. When requesting your MAC code from your existing ISP you will need to ensure that you make your existing ISP aware that you are switching to Nildram and that you do not want your ADSL service cancelled until the transfer has been completed.
Sign up for Nildram Broadband
Place your order via the phone or website. When you do our systems will automatically detect that you already have Broadband installed and you will be prompted for your MAC code.
Then leave the rest to us
Once your order has been placed, leave the rest to us. 7-10 working days later your line will switch over to Nildram with no loss of service.
