8Mbps Broadband for existing Nildram customers

Are you an existing DSL Surf (previously known as Surf500) customer?

On 6th December 2006 we will automatically upgrade your account. Depending on the capabilities of your line, you should start to enjoy speeds of up to 2Mbps.

What do I need to do to regrade?

Absolutely nothing! We upgraded your account automatically for you on 31 March. To discover the exact speed capabilities of your line, simply enter your telephone number in our online Broadband availability checker.

What if I need faster speeds?

You may find that your exchange has speed capabilities of 8Mbps. If this is the case and you wish to change to another service simply visit click on the 'Regrade Account' option on the left hand toolbar within My Controls, select the service you wish to change to and complete the online order form.
