8Mbps Broadband for existing Nildram customers

How do I regrade?

The roll out of 8Mbps-enabled exchanges is being phased, with exchanges starting to go live from 31st March 2006.

Simply check your telephone number with our online availability checker to confirm that you are able to receive higher speeds. Once your exchange has been confirmed as being enabled, you will then be able to place a regrade

What do I need to do to regrade?

Pro 2000 and Fully Managed 2000 customers can regrade to speeds of up to 8Mbps simply by calling our dedicated Sales Team on 0800 0720 405

What if I want to change my service?

You may find that your exchange has speed capabilities of 8Mbps but your service currently only allows for slower speeds. If this is the case and you wish to change to another service simply click on the 'Regrade Account' option on the left hand toolbar within My Controls, select the service you wish to change to and complete the online order form.
